This was the very first Shepherdsville High School yearbook, and we are fortunate to have a copy to scan and present here. Pictured to the right is page 1 which shows the school complex with the gym to the left and the school building to the right.
The school was located to the east of the railroad along what is now Joe B. Hall Avenue. David Strange wrote an article about this school that may be read here.
This first yearbook is unique in that they chose to include the history of the school, particularly beginning with Professor Sanders' arrival in 1914, providing us with a good deal of information that might otherwise be lost forever.
