Thomas Whitledge's 384 Acre Tract

On 28 Oct 1783, Thomas Whitledge surveyed a tract of 384 acres along a branch that ran into the West Fork of Cox's Creek for William Salley. Through an arrangement between the men, the tract was signed over to Whitledge who obtained a deed to the land on 26 Apr 1792. This tract adjoined Phillip Spiller's 250 acre tract, John Whitaker's 150 acre tract, and Philip Salley's 400 acre tract as shown here.
