Troutman Bros Division - Northern Part of Lots 41-42

In 1887, Jack and Lizzie Rickerson sold part of town lots to Henry Frank Troutman in exchange for cash and for Troutman assuming responsibility for various mortgages owed by the Rickersons.

On 16 Apr 1900, Troutman deeded one-third of a tract of ground in Shepherdsville to each of his two brothers, Robert Levi Troutman and Charles Fillmore Troutman to show a three-way joint ownership of the business known as Troutman Bros. This stretched across the northern part of Shepherdsville Lots 41 and 42 as shown in the drawing.
