On 7 Jul 1831 John J. Thomasson and Noah C. Summers sold their share of Shepherdsville lot 58 to James W. Moore. Moore would later sell it to Wilford Lee. It became the property of Lee's daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Jenus White at his death. On 3 Mar 1851, the heirs of Wilford Lee, dec'd, signed an an article of agreement in which they divided his real estate amongst themselves. As a part of this division, Mary Lee White and her husband Jenus White received Wilford Lee's remaining holdings in the town of Shepherdsville, including lot No. 42; the old jail on part of Lot No. 24 purchased by Wilford Lee of Frederick Travis; the Old Brick house situated on part of Lot No. 57, being the same conveyed to Wilford Lee by Nathan Miles; and Lot No. 37. The Whites sold their shares of lots 57-58 to Richard H. Field in September 1851, as shown below.

This indenture and deed of conveyance made and entered into this 22nd day of September in the year of Christ 1851 between Jenus White and Mary his wife of the County of Cooper and State of Missouri of the first part and Richard H. Field of the County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky of the second part.
Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of $800, $500 of which has been paid by the assignment of promissory notes and for the balance of $300 the said party of the second part has executed three several notes dated the 22nd day of September 1851 of $100 each payable in one, two and three years from date with interest. They the said parties of the first part have bargained, sold, aliened, released and hereby convey unto the party of the second part, his heirs &c a certain part of lot No. 57 in the town of Shepherdsville, on which lot is a brick dwelling house &c and is the same part of said lot conveyed to Wilford Lee by Jonathan Simmons, Nathan Miles, Moses Miles &c and to said Simmons by the sheriff of Bullitt County, and to Nathan & W. B. Miles by Benjamin Simmons and wife.
Also part of lot No. 58 in said town lying back of and adjoining to the said lot No. 57, and bounded and described as follows: 33 feet fronting the alley and running southwardly the course of the town lots 84'10", lying back of the Lemaster lot upon which now stands a stable, crib &c which last mentioned part of lot was conveyed to Wilford Lee by James W. Moore and Eleanor his wife and William Jones; both of said lots, houses &c being part of property which descended from the said Wilford Lee to said Jenus White and Mary his wife, daughter of said Lee, reference to the deeds of conveyance recorded in the office of the Bullitt County will show more particularly the extend, boundaries &c. of the before described property.
To have and to hold the said described lots with their appurtenances &c unto the said party of the second part, his heirs &c and to his and their only proper use and behoof. And the parties of the first part do hereby covenant and agrees with party of the second part that they will and their heirs shall ever warrant and defend the title of the said house and lots unto the said party of the second part, his heirs &c against the claim of all and every person claiming or to claim the same..
