Wilford Lee to Thomas W. Riley - Part of Shepherdsville Lot 37

By 17 Jan 1820, James Halbert had control of Shepherdsville lot 37, for on that day he sold the southern part of the lot to Joseph Huston. Then, on 3 Apr 1833, the remainder was sold to Wilford Lee by Halbert's widow who had married Duncan Mozey. While it appears that Wilford Lee gifted the lot to his daughter Mary Lee on her marriage to Jenus White, we also have the lot deeded by Lee to Thomas W. Riley in 1837. Riley deeded it to John Chaddic Jr. in 1838.
